He/she should have:
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skill (English).
- Keenness to learn software tools, some data related issues etc.
- Preferably having a work experience in call center
- Someone who loves to communicate with onshore and offshore team
- Who is technology savvy, keeps himself/herself updated on latest technology etc.
- Database and SQL knowledge will be an added advantage
